What is included in the first consultation?
First consultations are absolutely free, we have a quick chat/call about your idea, business needs and budget. From there we will prepare an offer to meet your specific requests.
How much will my site cost?
Ideally you should contact us and describe your idea so we can give you an accurate estimate. Generally it depends on a number of factors - scale of website and data usage, complexity of the project and any extra packages.
Do you provide support services for an existing website?
Yes, we offer support services for most situations when the website was created by a 3rd party or yourself.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Of course, we work primarily with businesses and understand the need for an invoice.

Yes! We offer very flexible long-term support and maintenance plans, with transparent options and competitive pricing.

Can you speed up my site?
If the site is created by us - it is lightning fast by default. For any already existing site, we will optimize it for fastest loading times, thus a better SEO score.
Once the project is done, what's next?
With each completed project we do a client handover call/online meeting, in which we explain how everything is set up, answer any questions and perform final tweaks.
We securely send you all passwords and logins, and also share instructions on how to manage content on the website and perform basic operations. Most clients opt for our bundles that include long-term support at a very small monthly/yearly fee, we take care of the website maintenance and provide you with on-demand updates/changes to the appearance, functionality and add-ons.
Do your websites adapt to mobile devices?
With approximately 60-70% of all online traffic comprised of mobile devices (smartphones), you need to be up-to-date on the design-side.
All our websites are responsive and adapt to the screen they're browsed from, without any compromise to appearance and usability.
Can you make a logo and brand icon?
A crisp, unique logo and brand are fundamental to your digital presence. We offer complete Branding Kits with everything you will need for your visual side of the business, not only perfect for web use, but also for business cards, invoices and any other physical branding.
How do I track the progress of my site build?
Once we agree on a service, we will share a private link where you can add tasks for our team and track the progress of development.
How long does it take for the site to be built?
Depending on the project complexity and services required we will provide you with an estimate after our initial free consultation. Normally most projects are ready for business within a month.
What is global search engine optimization?
It is a complete overhaul of the website to help you get to the top of the search results. We optimize your website, metadata and product catalog to be easier for customers to find you.
What are bundles?
We offer 3 pre-packaged services, called bundles, aiming to provide a streamlined solution for all needs. Once ordered we will contact you to discuss the design options and details to tailor it to your business.

PROJECT TIMELINE
The project starts with a quick discussion (over e-mail, phone or web meeting) on what you want in your website or other services, the general look, feel and features.
We then prepare a few concept ideas and share them with you for approval. Once you give us a green light - we start working on it with full steam.
Since you already have a general idea what the site will look like, while we work on it you can prepare some text snippets, provide images and photos you want us to use, links to your social media etc.
If you have a website we can migrate some or all of the data.
We add the provided details as you send them to us. Alternatively, we compose the majority of the text and snippets for optimal SEO, you can always change them in the future.
At this stage we start actively working together, with your feedback on what to change and add/remove- we perform 4 cycles where you request and we implement a series of iterations/change requests.
This can include any modifications so the site covers all your needs.
We implement all required pages, functionalities and options, based on the feedback received from you.
At this stage you have a complete website based on the approved layout, look and feel. All pages and functionalities are active and we need to finalize secure components (such as payment processors) prior to the site being ready for visitors.
You perform a full review of the whole site and allow us to proceed with Step 5.
After you confirm everything is in order, we implement the final elements before go-live - payment processors (Stripe, PayPal etc.), shipping settings, Google Analytics integration, Meta Business Suite connection, SEO (if applicable) and everything else we agreed on.
We either have a call/online meeting or send you an e-mail - you get the the project documentation and a handover checklist, such as admin details and all information required for you to know your website and everything about it.
Next we configure your domain's DNS mapping to our premium hosting or migrate the site to your existing hosting.
If you signed up for a long-term support package (you can do it at any point), we will continue to make requested changes, maintain your website in optimal condition. You also get assigned a dedicated developer to contact if you need something done.
